365 to Rich Bank Day is a great program for high school seniors to spend a day shadowing a banker. The last two weeks of October are designated as the time frame for the 365 to Rich Bank Day. The purpose is to introduce banking as a career option and to provide financial literacy resources to the student.
The Louisiana Bankers Education Council has joined forces with Louisiana JumpStart which is a coalition of organizations dedicated to improving the financial capability of individuals by providing advocacy and access to financial education programs and resources.
The LBA Leadership School is growing our next generation of leaders. Each participant completes the Hogan Management Assessment prior to the start of the program and receives a one-on-one coaching session with a leadership development facilitator.
Each year at the annual conference, a new slate of officers and council members are elected by the conference attendees to serve for the upcoming year.
