Louisiana Bankers Association Elects 2023-2024 Officers, Board Members

BATON ROUGE—Joseph F. Quinlan, III, of First National Bankers Bank in Baton Rouge, was installed as the 2023-2024 chairman of the Louisiana Bankers Association's Board of Directors during LBA's 123rd Convention.

Quinlan succeeds K. Brent Vidrine, president and CEO of Bank of Sunset. As outgoing LBA chairman, Vidrine will continue to serve for one year as immediate past chairman on the LBA Board of Directors.

Other new 2023-2024 LBA officers and director are: 

  • Chairman-Elect Brian W. North, president and CEO of Fifth District Savings Bank in New Orleans
  • Treasurer Michael R. Vizard, chairman and CEO of Cross Keys Bank in St. Joseph
  • At-Large Member: Shively Verrette, executive vice president/chief financial officer/chief operating officer of Lakeside Bank in Lake Charles

Delegates to the LBA convention elected these new directors:

  • South Central Region: Ronald J. Falgoust, president and CEO of First American Bank in Vacherie
  • Southeast Region: Todd McDonald, president of Liberty Bank and Trust Company in New Orleans
  • Southeast Region: Jeff Ehlinger, executive vice president/Louisiana president of BankPlus in New Orleans

Other LBA directors continuing to serve for the upcoming year are: 

  • Acadiana Region: Kip Bertrand of Washington State Bank
  • Capitol Region: Mark S. Marionneaux of Bank of Zachary
  • Central Region: Darryl J. Ellerbee, Jr., of Delta Bank in Vidalia
