Bankers School for Supervisory Training Summer Session held June 21-23
LBA held the Bankers School for Supervisory Training June 21-23, 2022, at the LBA office with 25 bankers from Louisiana and Mississippi participating in the school. This year marks the 49th anniversary of the school. Sessions included DiSC Personality Profile, Time Management, Management Behavior, Performance Evaluations, HR Overview/Supervisor Best Practices, Leading High Performance Teams and Surviving the Modern Workplace.
