The Annual LBA Bankers School for Supervisory Training was held the week of September 14 virtually through Zoom. Seventeen bankers from across the state participated in the school which featured topics on DiSC Personality Profile, Performance Evaluations, Time Management, Leading Effective Teams, Management Behavior, Multi-Generational Workplace and Managers Matters.
