Congrats to the Leadership School Graduates!

Graduation for the 33 bankers who graduated from the 2018 Leadership School II, “Growing Our Next Generation of Leaders”, was held on December 12, 2018, at the LBA office in Baton Rouge. The program is a 6-month program that included online course work and five instructor led sessions focused on developing leaderships skills and enhancing knowledge in various areas of banking. The 4th session of the 2018 Leadership School II was held on November 14 at the LBA office. Session topics were Current IT Issues with Holly Boullion of Traina and Associates, a CapinCrouse Company and Effective Teams with Bill Slaughter of SSA Consultants. (above) As part of the afternoon Effective Teams sessions, students had to work together to build a LegoMan.
