Leadership Day Seminar Held

LBA held the 2nd Leadership Day of the year in Baton Rouge on December 11. Nearly 40 bankers attended the seminar that was taught by Paul Hasney of Imagine Consulting. The course covered leadership skills, creating a leadership vision, helping leaders build trust and the qualities that separate great leaders from average leaders.
