In this webinar, we focus on each element of executive and Director total compensation. For executives, we cover salaries, annual incentives, mid-term/equity-based incentives, benefits, and perquisites.  We will dig into each component of the executive compensation package and discuss best practices and what is necessary to attract, retain, and motivate your key executives. This session also summarizes relevant compensation regulations and their impacts on executive pay. For Directors, we will cover best practices and the various components included in director compensation including, meeting fees, retainers, committee fees, equity compensation, and benefits. We will also review additional compensation for the Chairperson of the Board and committee chairs. In addition, findings from our BCG surveys and databases will also be incorporated into this presentation.
