Flynt Gallagher heads Compensation Advisors in its mission of assisting clients in attracting, motivating and retaining personnel critical to achieving success. Mr. Gallagher brings considerable experience and expertise to his role of providing CA’s clients with comprehensive and effective support. He combines extensive knowledge of accounting and income tax matters related to community banks with years of experience within the financial services industry. Mr. Gallagher has a strong history of assisting financial institutions. His career began in the field of Public Accounting and continued for ten years while moving into manager and ultimately partner positions with a Regional firm before accepting the Tax Manager positions with Florida National Bank and its successor First Union National Bank. In this capacity, he reviewed and developed compensation plans focused on retaining current and future wealth for executives of both large banks and community banks. Mr. Gallagher also worked with key clients of these banks on compensation, wealth management, income tax and related IRS issues. Subsequently, Mr. Gallagher established his own consulting firm and began offering these services to the banking community for the past twenty years.

JR Llewellyn has been with Newcleus since 2005.  His first 15 years was spent in the compensation consulting division, helping bank boards, executives and HR teams navigate the world of compensation.  From board education to compensation and executive benefit designs to change in control analysis, JR and his team found solutions for local community banks to larger, complex public companies.  Since 2020, he joined the southeast sales team for succession purposes to help continue to serve the banking industry.  Prior to joining Newcleus, JR started his career at Morgan Stanley in Pensacola, FL. Outside of Newcleus, JR serves on the board of Tactical Evangelism and maintains engagement in local activities.  JR graduated with a degree in banking and finance, and maintains his life insurance and FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.  He currently lives in Greensboro, GA with his wife and son. 

Anthony McCracken works with Plan Sponsors to design, manage and oversee meaningful 401(k) Retirement programs. He has worked in the Financial & Retirement Planning industry since 2006 and has helped organizations design and service plans to create successful retirement strategies for their employees. His emphasis on consistently monitoring fiduciary processes such as fee benchmarking, investment due diligence and education programs have improved the retirement outcomes of many clients. Anthony is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business economics. He loves to read, travel and play golf. Anthony and his wife, Jen, live in Newtown, PA with their son, Declan.
