Due to commitments we must make, we need your help. If you must cancel your registration, please do so by January 17, 2025 to avoid a $125 cancellation fee. Any registrant who does not cancel will be billed the full registration fee and sent the materials. Substitutions are welcome at no additional charge.

The LBA has contracted for a set number of sleeping rooms at New Orleans Hilton by the airport. We will monitor the room pickup and add rooms if available. We have contracted rooms for the evening of Tuesday January 28. We encourage you to make your reservations early. To ensure the LBA group rate of $149+ tax/night, click here to make your reservation online. You can also call and identify that you are booking with the Louisiana Bankers Association Room Block. Room reservations must be made by January 13, 2025 at 5:00pm or until the block of rooms for is filled, whichever is sooner. After January 13, 2025, reservations will be made based on availability and the hotel may not be able to honor the discounted rate.
