Jessica Rury, AICP is an experienced environmental services professional with Leaaf Environment. She obtained Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Environmental Science. As an environmental scientist providing environmental consulting services for over 18 years, she has performed various risk-based assessments including Phase I/II ESAs and LA RECAP; NEPA studies; remediation & environmental permitting. Her specialties include due diligence, risk assessments, NEPA studies, and the Brownfields Program.  Ms. Rury is currently Leaaf Environmental Phase I ESA & NEPA Division Manager. She has been involved in leadership positions within multiple organizations including the Louisiana Water Environment Association, Greater Baton Rouge Panhellenic Alumni Association, Forum 35, Of Moving Colors Production Company, Capitol Section of the Louisiana Chapter of Americana Planning Association, and the Louisiana Brownfields Association.
