During 2024, BSA/AML/CFT proposed rules came out.  In this webinar, we will cover the proposed rules and if they are final then we will look at the final rule.  Either way there is enough to begin looking at the changes that codifying risk assessments will have on our institution’s current BSA program.  Once risk assessments that are tied to our national priorities  are required in our BSA regulations, it will change our formatting, statement of purpose, title of BSA Officer and many other things.  Learn more about this policy level change.

Topics include:

  • BSA Officer name change to AML/CFT Officer
  • Risk Assessments added to BSA regulations
  • 5 Pillars of BSA go to 6 pillars
  • New Statement of Purpose
  • Format will include national priorities
