The LBA has contracted for a set number of sleeping rooms at the Home2Suites West Monroe. We will monitor the room pickup and add rooms if available. We encourage you to make your reservations early. To ensure the LBA group rate of $134+ tax/night, please call (318) 322-8000 and identify that you are booking with the Louisiana Bankers Association Room Block or use this link to book online. Please click on special rates and enter LBA as the group code for the group rate. Sleeping room reservations must be made by November 12, 2023 at 5:00pm or until the block of rooms for LBA is filled, whichever is sooner. After November 12, 2023, reservations will be made based on availability and the hotel may not be able to honor the discounted rate. Due to commitments we must make, if you must cancel your registration for this program, please do so by November 27 to avoid a $125 cancellation fee. Any registrant who does not cancel will be billed the full registration fee and sent the materials. Substitutions are welcome at no additional charge.
