We are excited to announce that Unitas Consulting is seeking driven and experienced Loan Portfolio Analysts to join our clients growing team at the Bank of St. Francisville! We have one opening at the St. Francisville branch and one joining our growing Baton Rouge location! This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and analytical candidate who possesses a strong financial acumen. The Loan Portfolio Analyst will play a critical role in managing the Loan Officer's portfolio of existing loans, deposit accounts, and relationships, ensuring optimal service and support in alignment with the Bank core values. Responsibilities: Underwrite new loan applications, assessing creditworthiness and risk factors to determine loan eligibility and terms. Evaluate maturing loans to ensure continued compliance with lending criteria and make recommendations for renewals or adjustments. Manage communication with customers regarding past due accounts and overdrafts, working to develop repayment plans and resolve issues. Perform various tasks for the Credit Department, including conducting audits and reviewing procedures to enhance compliance and efficiency. Lead and participate in training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills related to loan underwriting and portfolio management. Conduct site inspections of ongoing construction projects to ensure compliance with loan agreements and assess project progress. Complete construction draws from loans, verifying completion of work and adherence to funding schedules. Comply with and enforce all bank policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain the highest level of professionalism and team support while exhibiting the company core values. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, with 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution or related industry. Pay: From $65,000.00 per year.
