Full Time Position; Mon-Fri; Mandeville, LA. Pay is based on experience. Bonvenu Bank is currently looking for an experienced Branch Executive for a new location opening in Mandeville. If you are a leader with experience in bank branch operations, including sales and loans, and you have a passion for Customer Service and Mentoring, we would love to talk with you! The Branch Executive will play an integral part in establishing the Bonvenu footprint in Mandeville. To be considered for this position you’ll need a minimum of four years in retail banking, a general knowledge of loans, excellent communication skills, and at least one year in a role requiring participation in interviewing applicants and completing employee reviews. Experience gained in multiple banking roles – you understand branch operations because you’ve trained in the various positions over several years. What you’ll do at Bonvenu: Create a world class customer experience environment. Represent Bonvenu to the community through good customer relations, networking, and community events. Establish and help attain internal performance objectives for branch business volume, deposits, loan portfolio referrals, treasury management referrals, line of business referrals, and quality of audit reports. Ensure Bonvenu’ s sales and service delivery expectations are met. Provide and maintain a professional, business-like atmosphere within the branch. Review staff members for formal performance evaluations, recommend salary adjustments, counsel employees when needed, and coordinate training as needed. Drive operational excellence by engaging in all aspects of compliance, audit, and branch policy. Ensure compliance to security procedures including assisting with investigations, and testing of security equipment. Participate in and encourage lending activities indirectly – interviewing consumer loan applicants, order credit reports, request information from consumer as needed, notify consumer of loan decision. Work with business customers to assist with lending needs. Supervise branch staff. Other duties as required. Bonvenu Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
