Biography
Stewart Spielman is a Member in McGlinchey Stafford’s Baton Rouge office. With more than 15 years of experience, Stewart represents institutional lenders, nontraditional investors, and equity funds in a variety of complex commercial loan workout and enforcement matters. He is certified as a Business Bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification and by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. Stewart also serves as the Chairman of McGlinchey Stafford’s Associate Committee and plays an active role on the firm’s Recruiting Committee. Stewart also oversees on campus hiring for McGlinchey Stafford’s Baton Rouge office. Additionally, Stewart is actively involved in numerous professional organizations and in the Baton Rouge community. Stewart graduated from Tulane University Law School.
