Biography
Rodolfo J. Aguilar, Jr. ("Rudy") is a Member in McGlinchey Stafford’s Baton Rouge office and Managing Member of the firm. He maintains a corporate, business, insurance regulatory, and commercial real estate practice. Rudy routinely handles corporate transactions, commercial financing transactions, and transactions relating to real estate development and general business. He also represents individuals and entities in the acquisition and formation of health, property, casualty, and life insurance companies. Additionally, he represents insurers and insurance agencies in various regulatory, corporate, and financial matters.
