This course is filled with learning, case studies and group work. The focus is developing leadership skills and processes that will take your team and productivity to the next level. A foundation of strong success principals are built upon to create a culture of highly motivated leaders and team members. Specific content includes motivating teams and individuals, communication skills, developing team and individual goals and action plans, personalized coaching, conducting team meetings, providing feedback and building a foundation of passion for our work. This course include active work with team to gain immediate success. It is recommended that the course have a week to two week period between day one and day two. A key element of the course is helping manager build on current successes for themselves and their teams.
