Please note: This is the first session of a 3-session forum. Registration is for all 3 sessions. Session 2 will be held June 12 and Session 3 will be held October 2.

Professional development comes in many forms – facilitated training, self-instruction, and, perhaps the most valuable, tips and stories shared by colleagues experiencing the same set of challenges. Join LBA and Louisiana-based leadership expert Julie Laperouse of Emergent Method for a development series exclusively for female banking executives. This original three-part series will merge facilitated workshops with networking and small group problem-solving. Each session will focus on a different professional development topic with the first two hours dedicated to a facilitated training workshop and the last two hours reserved for lunch with small group discussion and “hack sharing” with fellow female banking executives.
