Our electronic banking environment has made remote services commonplace, and one of the biggest challenges we face is identity verification. Whether we are identifying callers over the phone, senders of email messages, initiators of wire transfers or account openers, assuring one’s identity can be an arduous task. To make matters more difficult, knowledge-based identification may not be as effective as it once was, thanks to the Equifax breach. In this session, we will discuss current products and processes that may be helpful in this increasingly challenging area.
