The IRA Advanced class is designed for those who need information on what is new and changed in IRAs. We also include a review of products and compliance issues. While not designed for those who are new to IRAs, it does include enough basics to get you started and focuses on those areas that change each year.

We will also look at the proposed retirement changes in the Build Back Better Act. This bill is in congress now as a reconciliation act. Some of these proposed changes would go into effect this year.
These proposed changes would include:
- Roth Conversions eliminated for high income customers
- Accelerated RMD payments for high income customer
- No contributions for high balance IRA
- Companies required to have retirement plans
- Certain investments in IRAs prohibited
This program is designed for intermediate and advanced level IRA administrators, trust officers, customer service representatives, personal bankers, branch managers and other personnel who need comprehensive distribution and compliance information.
