This seminar deals with the basic principles of financial statement analysis. It encourages active participation in the analysis of business activity as revealed in the balance sheet, income statement, and funds flow statement of a business. Participants will eventually be able to recognize and have a general feel and understanding of the basic condition of a business. Case studies will be presented that involve full participation. However, continued exposure and experience is certainly the key to reaching a comfort level and mastering financial statement analysis.
