The Bankers School for Supervisory Training is a week-long program, developing managerial skills for front line supervisors. Topics include: DISCover Your Leadership Style, Employment Law, Leveraging Gender & Generational Differences in the Workplace, Management Behavior, Performance Evaluations, Time Management and Leading High Performance Teams.
