Overview
The 2026 Washington Visit will take place July 21-23, 2026 at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC. The program will kick off at 3:30pm on Tuesday July 21 with an orientation and planning session and conclude by 12pm on Thursday July 23. Please plan to attend the orientation and planning session so we can discuss how to make the trip the most impactful. During the trip we are planning briefings by the ABA, ICBA, CFPB, FDIC, OCC, Federal Reserve and Conference of State Bank Supervisors, among others. Of course, the highlight of the trip will be the visits with our Congressional Delegation on Capitol Hill. The dress for trip events is business attire.

Room Block Information:
LBA has contracted for a set number of sleeping rooms at the Mayflower Hotel, Washington, DC. We will monitor the room pickup and add rooms if available. For reservations, click here to book online or call Marriott Central Reservations at 877-212-5752 and mention the Louisiana Bankers Association room block to receive the discounted rate. We encourage you to make your reservations early to receive LBA's discounted rates for this program: $289+tax. The deadline for the room block is July 3, 2026. After that date, reservations will be made based on availability and the hotel may not be able to honor the discounted rate. LBA has contracted rooms from Sunday July 19 through Saturday July 25. Some nights after the program have limited room availability so please contact the LBA office if you need assistance booking.
