The 2026 LBA Leadership School II, "Growing Our Next Generation of Bank Leaders" will meet monthly in person at the LBA office for five months. Students will complete online course work and assigned readings in between meetings. Class size will be limited, giving attendees the opportunity for one-on-one time with the instructors and networking with other bankers in the course.

Please note: This is session 1 of a 5-session school. Registration is for all 5 sessions. Please register early. Limited seats available. Registration deadline is June 19 or once our capacity for this session has been reached, whichever comes first.

• June 22 - Orientation Virtual Meeting via Zoom - 4pm-4:30pm
• August 4 - Opening Reception at Mike Anderson's Seafood, 1031 W. Lee Drive, Baton Rouge - 6pm-8pm (all registrants strongly encouraged to attend)
• August 5 - Session 1: Understanding Bank Financials, Key Performance Indicators, Liquidity & Interest Rate Risk and Leadership - 8:30am-4:30pm at LBA office
• September 9 - Session 2: Understanding the US Bank Monetary System, The Role of the Regulators & Advocacy & Performance Management - 8:30am-4:30pm at LBA office
• October 7 - Session 3: Regulations - Deposit and Lending Overview and Communications - 8:30am-4:30pm at LBA office
• November 4 - Session 4: Current Technology Issues and Effective Teams - 8:30am-4:30pm at LBA office
• December 2 - Session 5: Sales Leadership and Leadership Wrap Up - 8:30am-4:30pm at LBA office
