Samuel A. "Sam" Bacot is a Member of McGlinchey Stafford's Baton Rouge office. He focuses on the representation of real estate interests. He practices in the areas of commercial real estate, related land use and zoning law, commercial and multi-family leasing, real estate litigation, corporate and business law. Sam is active in all areas of real estate acquisitions and has special experience in property assemblages, resubdivision and site plan approval. Sam is a licensed Louisiana title insurance agent for all major title insurance companies. He holds a Masters of Law degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
