Roger Miller is a retired FDIC Compliance examiner (Review examiner in the Memphis Field office as well as conducted examinations) for 26 years and he has 27 years of experience as a consultant. Paula Cherry has a total of 35 years in the banking industry. She has served in the capacity of Director of Risk, Sr. Compliance Officer, and BSA Officer. Paula has 15 years of experience in her current capacity as a Compliance Consultant and Auditor. She holds the CRCM Certification.

We currently service clients in Louisiana, Tennessee, and Montana. We specialize in BSA audits; Fair Lending audits; Compliance reviews, Red Flags, and Identity Theft reviews; SAFE Act audits; HMDA reviews, Flood Insurance reviews; CRA reviews; compliance training; development or assistance with policies and procedures for compliance, CRA, and Fair Lending. We assist in responding to examiner request lists to prepare for an exam; assist in resolving enforcement action in BSA and any Compliance area including conducting BSA look-back reviews, HMDA reviews, Flood Insurance reviews, Fair Lending reviews and issues, and Compliance reviews and issues. Our staff is available to assist on-site as well as off-site.

We conduct independent testing (Validation Testing) of the validity of Interdict BSA Software either stand-alone or in conjunction with BSA Audits.

Our staff has extensive experience conducting Fair lending audits and assisting in the preparation of Fair lending Risk assessments and responding to fair lending issues by examiners during Compliance and CRA Audits.
