LBA Bank Counsel membership is available to banking and commercial attorneys who work with banks, savings banks, or savings and loan associations as either in-house counsel or in private practice. An attorney may become a Bank Counsel member by completing an application and paying the annual dues—see the form download link below. In-house attorneys who are employed with an LBA-member financial institution are automatically considered Bank Counsel members. Membership enables banking attorneys to stay up to date on the latest developments impacting the banking industry, while also offering education and networking opportunities.
