Save a link to the convention electronic program on your phone or tablet's home screen for easy access throughout the event.
For iPhones or iPads—open the program website in the Safari browser ( 
) and tap the Share icon ( 
) in the menu bar. Then scroll down the list of options and tap Add to Home Screen.
For android devices—open the program website and tap the menu icon (three dots in the upper right-hand corner). Tap add to home screen and choose a name for the shortcut.
Exhibit Hall Lunch on Wednesday, April 26
Win a $1,000 Travel Certificate to the destination of your choice. To be eligible for this great prize, simply follow the instructions listed below. The grand prize drawing will be conducted during the Exhibit Hall Lunch on Wednesday, April 26. You do not have to be present to win.
Visit each exhibit booth listed on the back of the card located in your registration packet. Use the pictures in each exhibit booth and the clues on the inside of the card to find the items in the scavenger hunt. When you have all the questions answered, write your name and bank in the space provided on the card. Deposit your completed card in the Grand Prize drawing drum located in the exhibit hall before noon on Wednesday, April 26.
Snap a picture of all the fun we are having and post on Facebook with the hashtag #LBAatWork for a chance to win Amazon gift cards. Drawings to be conducted at the beginning of the General Session on Thursday, April 27 in Grand Ballroom C. You do not have to be present to win.

Wi-Fi is available in the Omni Grove Park Inn meeting rooms. Special thanks to the LBA Convention’s Wi-Fi Sponsor, Crowe LLP. To log into the Wi-Fi network, connect to the LBA2023 conference network. Once you have connected to the network, open your web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, etc.). You should arrive at the Crowe Sponsor splash page. Enter the password crowecpas (password is case sensitive).
Please note: if you do not arrive at the Crowe splash page, you may have your company intranet page as your homepage. Enter a different website, such as www.google.com, into the browser and the splash page should appear.
Session Materials
This year's convention is “going green” with an electronic program and session materials. You can find links to each day's agenda, session materials and speaker bios on the program's main page—click here to to access. The link to the session materials will be active for a few months following the convention. Please be sure to save or print any documents you may want to keep for later use.
Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
The Louisiana State Bar Association has approved this program for 5 total hours of CLE. Approved sessions are noted on the agenda with CLE hours approved. If you are a practicing attorney licensed in Louisiana, please see the LBA registration desk at the convention for the CLE form to complete.
Uber and Lyft are available in Asheville; however, wait times could be long at busy times. If you know a specific time for pickup, you should be able to schedule pickups in advance on some of the ride share apps. Additionally, the following are local taxi companies:
