The 2017 LBA Leadership School, "Growing Our Next Generation of Leaders" will meet monthly for five months and complete online course work and assigned readings in between meetings. Class size will be limited, giving attendees the opportunity for one-on-one time with the instructors and networking with other bankers in the course.  

Please note: This is session 1 of a 5-session school. Registration is for all 5 sessions. Because of the pre-work involved, the registration deadline for this program is June 23, 2017.

June/July 2017- Conference call to discuss program will be held on June 26, 2017. In the weeks following the conference call, registered students will complete hogan online assessments and coaching feedback sessions.
August 8, 2017- Opening & Welcome Session at Juban's Restaurant
August 9, 2017- Session 1: Understanding the US Bank Monetary System: The Federal Reserve Bank & Leadership
September 6 2017- Session 2: Call Reports, Bank Financials & Key Performance Ratios and Effective Teams
October 4, 2017- Session 3: Regulations: Deposits and Lending Overview and Performance Management
November 15, 2017- Session 4: Current Technology Issues & Communications
December 6, 2017- Session 5: Relationship Selling and Leadership Wrap Up
