Our teller’s role is to warmly welcome customers to our bank, efficiently process the customer’s request, and build trust that Hibernia can help them with all of their financial needs. The teller role includes: Greeting customers, showing them that we care, and making them feel welcome. Asking questions to learn about their financial needs and introducing them to other Hibernia team members as needed. Accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments. Answering the telephone in a friendly manner. Applying knowledge of regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays. Part-time schedules available. Required Qualifications: 1+ year of cash handling/customer service experience. Reliable attendance. Teller experience preferred.
